1. What Proleja provides

Proleja provides hosted Beatstore software for producers. You get a storefront on your domain or subdomain, a catalog with audio previews, license tiers, PayPal checkout and automatic delivery of files and license documents. We provide the software. You run your business.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate contact and payout details and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to sell through Proleja. We may suspend accounts that provide false details or abuse the platform.

3. Your content and rights

You keep full ownership of the music, artwork and trademarks you upload. By uploading content, you grant Proleja a limited license to host, transcode, preview and deliver that content so your store can operate. You confirm that you own or control all rights in your uploads, including beats, samples, loops and artwork, and that your sales do not infringe the rights of others.

4. Stores, licenses and buyer sales

You set your own prices, license names, file formats and usage rights. Each sale creates a direct license between you (the producer) and the buyer. Proleja is not a party to that license and does not acquire rights in your beats. You are responsible for honoring the license terms shown at checkout, for delivering the promised files, and for handling buyer questions about usage.

• State files, rights and limits clearly for each tier before you publish.
• Do not sell content you do not have the right to license.
• Keep your catalog accurate. Remove or update beats that are sold exclusively elsewhere.

5. Payments and subscription fees

Buyer payments are processed through your connected PayPal account under PayPal terms. Proleja does not hold buyer funds. Subscription plans are billed in USD. Starter is free with limits. Creator is $15 per month and includes unlimited beats and products plus 50 GB of storage, then $0.50 per GB. PayPal transaction fees apply at checkout. You can change plans or cancel from billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not refund the current period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Upload or sell infringing, unlawful or deceptive content.
• Interfere with the platform, probe security limits or resell access without permission.
• Use buyer data for spam, or share buyer personal data outside order fulfillment.
• Misrepresent prices, rights or file contents at checkout.

7. Copyright and takedowns

We respect copyright. If you believe content on Proleja infringes your rights, contact hello@proleja.com with the store URL, a description of the work, proof of ownership and your contact details. We may remove content or suspend stores while a claim is reviewed. Repeat infringers lose access.

8. Service changes and availability

We may update, limit or discontinue features to keep the platform secure and reliable. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for abuse, nonpayment, legal requests or urgent maintenance.

9. Disclaimers

Proleja is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not guarantee sales, placement results or earnings. You decide your catalog, pricing and promotion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Proleja liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a revised date. If a change is material, we will provide notice in the product or by email. Continued use after the update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
