Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data Proleja collects, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run your store and process orders:

Account details: name, email address, password and store settings.
Store content: beats, artwork, prices, license terms and custom domain settings.
Order details: items purchased, license selected, delivery status and receipts.
Payment metadata: PayPal transaction references and payout status. We do not store full card numbers.
Support messages: emails you send to hello@proleja.com and our replies.
Technical data: device type, browser type and basic usage logs used for security and reliability.

2. How we use personal data

To create and maintain your account and store.
To process checkout, deliver files and send receipts and license documents.
To provide support, billing notices and service updates.
To secure the platform, prevent fraud and fix errors.
To improve features using aggregated or de identified analytics.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use buyer emails for advertising without consent.

3. Cookies and similar tools

We use essential cookies and local storage for login sessions, cart contents, theme preference and security. We do not use third party advertising cookies on checkout pages. You can block cookies in your browser, but login, cart and checkout may stop working correctly.

4. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with providers needed to operate the service:

PayPal for payment processing, under PayPal privacy terms.
Hosting, storage and email delivery providers that process data on our behalf.
Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.

When a buyer orders from your store, you receive the buyer name, email and order details so you can fulfill the license and provide support. You must use buyer data only for order purposes and comply with applicable privacy laws.

5. Storage and retention

Data is stored securely and retained while your account is active. If you delete your store or close your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons. Backups expire on a rolling schedule. You can export your catalog and order records at any time before closure.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@proleja.com from your account email. We reply within 30 days. Buyers should contact the producer store directly for order help, and may also contact us for privacy requests.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and logging to protect data. No system is fully secure, so please use a unique password, enable available protections on your PayPal account and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

8. Children

Proleja is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the country where you use the service and in countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect product or legal changes. We will post the new version here with a revised date. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email.
